▶ How long will it take for you to create my resume?
Each resume takes a different amount of time, as each resume has different requirements.
Further, each resume package has a different guaranteed delivered-by-date. All resumes are delivered within 10 days at maximum (Baby Resume package), and within 3 days at minimum (High-Level Resume package).
Rush processing is available for an additional $10 on top of any order. Customers who choose this option will receive their resume within 24 hours of submitting their information.
▶ How will I receive my order?
When your new resume is complete, we will e-mail it to you in Word (.doc), Adobe (.pdf), and ASCII (.txt) formats. All other communication is also handled via e-mail.

▶ I don’t work in a standard office environment. Can you write me a resume?

No, we don’t use templates for our resumes.

▶ If my resume changes, do I have to place a new order?
Nope!
Considering that our prices are roughly 25% of what a typical revision costs with most resume writing services, one might guess that we’d charge full-price for any changes. In contrast, we offer revisions for up a period of up to one year, with a maximum of three employment or educational additions/changes, for only $9.99 (per revision).
To get a revision - simply head to the Submit Information page to send us your new information. Be sure to mention in the last box (Other) that you're re-submitting a resume for revision within one year.
▶ What forms of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal to process all payments.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You do not need a PayPal account to buy a resume from us.
If you do have a PayPal account, though, you can quickly and easily pay using your account or an e-check.
PayPal uses industry-leading security and fraud-prevention systems to keep your information safe. PayPal does not share your financial data with us or anyone else. This protects all parties involved in the transaction from fraudulent activity.
